His career began in the restaurant industry before transitioning to corporate sales, but he was drawn back by the energy and personal connections that only hospitality provides.
As Front of House Manager, Shelly ensures that every guest experiences the warmth and service that defines Ruffino’s. He takes pride in hiring and mentoring new team members, instilling in them the high standards of hospitality that make Ruffino’s a Baton Rouge staple. Whether personally greeting guests or orchestrating a seamless dining experience, Shelly believes remarkable service is about creating lasting relationships.
