Megan Klock
Director of Operations, Ruffino’s Restaurant
Megan has been in the restaurant industry for 30 years, serving as Area Director of Training and Development for Outback Steakhouse, Vice President of DBMC Restaurants, and Director of Training for Grub Burger Bar before accepting her current position as Director of Operations at Ruffino’s Restaurant.
As Director of Operations, Megan supervises Ruffino’s internal teams and processes, including accounting, human resources, purchasing, IT, risk and insurance, and marketing. Along with managing the internal workings of Ruffino’s, she is responsible for directly overseeing operations and personnel for both Ruffino’s restaurant locations and Ruffino’s De La Ronde Hall catering venue.
Megan is also known as Ruffino’s official Keeper of the Culture, ensuring that the traditions and legacy of “Remarkable” that were established by Ruffino’s founder, Ruffin Rodrigue, are kept intact.
Megan is deeply committed to community involvement in the Baton Rouge area outside of work. She is currently the Epsilon of Kappa Delta House Corporation President, a member of the Louisiana Hospitality Foundation Committee, and a member of the Louisiana Restaurant Association (LRA), where she serves as the Baton Rouge Chapter Treasurer, as well as on the LRA State Board.
