With three decades in the restaurant industry, Greg Harman brings a wealth of experience and a passion for hospitality to his role as Assistant General Manager at Ruffino’s on the River. His career has taken him from Lafayette to Tennessee, Missouri, and the Gulf Coast, including a tenure as General Manager at Ruth’s Chris in Kansas City. In 2014, he returned home to Louisiana and became an integral part of Ruffino’s leadership team.
Greg’s expertise extends beyond operations—he is also a wine connoisseur who curates Ruffino’s wine program and enjoys introducing guests to pairings that elevate their dining experience. He believes the right glass of wine can make a great meal unforgettable.
