Eric Magliolo’s journey at Ruffino’s began as a front waiter, quickly moving up the ranks to captain before finding his calling behind the bar. Recognizing his talent and leadership, Ruffino’s founder, Ruffin Rodrigue, promoted him to Bar Manager, overseeing one of the restaurant’s most vibrant spaces.

With over 15 years in the industry, Eric believes service should be undeniable—every cocktail crafted with care, every guest interaction personal and memorable. His philosophy centers on the small details that make a significant impact, ensuring every drink, toast, and celebration is truly remarkable.
