With over 20 years in the restaurant industry, Chris Muffoletto leads Ruffino’s on the River with a passion for hospitality, teamwork, and guest experience. His career includes 15 years as a managing partner with Outback Steakhouse and a role as an opening partner for Grub Burger Bar before finding his home at Ruffino’s, where he has served as General Manager for nearly a decade.
For Chris, Ruffino’s is more than just a restaurant—it’s where celebrations come to life. He believes in creating experiences that guests will remember long after they leave, ensuring every meal feels like a special occasion. But beyond the guests, it’s the team that makes him proudest. Chris fosters a family-like culture where collaboration and excellence drive success.
