Bringing a wealth of culinary expertise and a passion for hospitality, Chef Latonia Ireland (also known as Chef Lo) has been an integral part of the Ruffino’s team for the past two years. Originally from Louisiana, Latonia spent years honing her craft in Alaska, where she worked as an Executive Chef. Seeking to reconnect with family and community, she returned to Baton Rouge and found a new culinary family at Ruffino’s.
Her philosophy on food and service centers around creating remarkable experiences. She thrives in Ruffino’s culture of camaraderie and friendly competition, which pushes the team to deliver their best every night.
