For nearly a decade, Ali has been creating memorable celebrations at Ruffino’s. As Events Coordinator, she manages, plans, and organizes private dining events—from surprise birthdays to wedding rehearsals—making sure every detail feels seamless and personal.
Her journey at Ruffino’s began eight years ago as a server, followed by time behind the bar and as a private event server. That range of experience gives her an insider’s view of how service, food, and atmosphere come together to define the Ruffino’s standard of excellence. A graduate of LSU with a BS in Psychology, Ali is also pursuing a master’s in mental health counseling, blending her academic background with her passion for hospitality.
What brought her to Ruffino’s was the people; what has kept her here is the consistency of service and her supportive team. Ali believes Ruffino’s is more than a restaurant—it’s where guests come to celebrate life, enjoy chef-crafted menus, and feel truly valued.
When she isn’t coordinating events, you can usually find Ali riding or working with horses—another passion that requires the same care, patience, and attention to detail she brings to every celebration she helps create.
